As we continue to expand our offerings and customer base, we are seeking a talented Mid-Level Sales Representative to join our high-performing sales team.


  • Business Development: Identify and engage with potential clients, including enterprises, startups, and technology firms, to drive new business opportunities.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs and business challenges.
  • Solution Selling: Present and promote our data center colocation and cloud services, tailoring solutions to meet the specific requirements of each prospect
  • Demonstrate how our services can enhance their IT infrastructure and business operations.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. Effectively use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and progress, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and SLAs with potential customers, aiming to secure win-win agreements for both parties.
  • Prepare and finalize contracts with the assistance of the legal team.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely delivery of services.


  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability and willingness to prospect for new and additional business opportunities
  • At least three years of successful sales experience in selling data center colocation, cloud services, or related technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Technically savvy with a solid understanding of data center infrastructure, cloud computing, and related technologies.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex customer needs.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
